From the Field to Founders
Founder Dallas Lisitsin served in the U.S. military, then spent over a decade managing pool construction, plumbing operations, and landscaping companies. He led teams, built estimating tools, managed vendors, secured over $20M in project contracts, and helped small service businesses scale without chaos.
Co-founder Kati Lisitsin spent 12+ years in the medical field, mastering customer care and administrative systems. She later built a successful organic candle brand, developing skills in branding, social media, content creation, and ecommerce — now applied to every HomeService Nation client.
