1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, subscribing, or using any HomeService Nation LLC service, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. These Terms apply to all HomeService Nation LLC products, including but not limited to our “OpsPro (Operations & Profitability) Plan," and “GroViz (Growth & Visibility) Plan,” and any add on plans from HomeService Nation LLC.

2. Service Overview

HomeService Nation LLC provides AI-driven website development, SEO, CRM/FSM integration, digital marketing, automation, reputation management, and consulting services for home service businesses.

All plans are software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscriptions that include access to proprietary systems, automations, and marketing tools. Each plan is customized based on your trade, location, and goals.

3. Payment Terms

Monthly Payments: Clients agree to automatic monthly billing on the same date each month.
Minimum Commitment: A 4-month minimum commitment applies to all plans unless otherwise stated.
Post-Commitment: After 4 months, services continue month-to-month with no cancellation fees.
Discounted Prepayment Options:
- 4 Months Upfront: Receive 1st month free (5% total savings).
- 12 Months Upfront: Receive 2 months free (15% total savings).
Upfront Payments: After pre-paid terms end, services renew month-to-month without cancellation fees.
Late Payments: Payments not received within 5 business days of the due date may incur a 10% late fee.

4. Price Adjustments

After the initial 4-month period, each plan automatically drops $50/month in price. After 12 months of continuous service, plans drop an additional $50/month. These loyalty reductions apply as long as your account remains active and in good standing.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Within 3 Days: You may cancel within 3 business days of sign-up for a full refund.
After 3 Days (Within 4 Months): Cancellations within the initial 4-month period require payment of the remaining balance in full.
After 4 Months: Plans convert to month-to-month with no cancellation penalties.
Prepaid Clients: All upfront payments are non-refundable once service delivery has begun.

6. ROI Disclaimer

All ROI, revenue, and lead projections displayed or discussed by HomeService Nation LLC are illustrative estimates only. Results depend heavily on factors outside our control, including:

Market conditions and competition
Advertising budgets and keyword costs
Client responsiveness and appointment attendance
Close/win rate and sales skills
Reputation and geographic reach

HomeService Nation LLC provides the systems and tools to maximize opportunity — not guaranteed financial outcomes.

7. Ad Spend and Media Costs

Advertising budgets (Google, Meta, Yelp, Nextdoor, etc.) are billed directly by the platform to the client. HomeService Nation LLC does not mark up ad spend or collect payment for third-party platforms. We provide management, optimization, and reporting as part of your plan.

8. Compliance with California Law

HomeService Nation LLC complies with all applicable California Business & Professions Codes and online advertising regulations. As a SaaS provider, HomeService Nation LLC operates under California Civil Code Section 1798.100 (CCPA) and maintains data privacy standards consistent with national compliance requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, content, automation workflows, and integrations built by HomeService Nation LLC remain the property of HomeService Nation LLC until the account is paid in full and/or active subscription remains current. Client-provided materials (logos, photos, copy) remain the property of the client.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide timely access to logins, information, and assets required to perform services.
Maintain valid billing and contact information.
Use all HomeService Nation LLC software and systems in compliance with applicable laws. Failure to cooperate or provide requested information may delay results and affect performance metrics.

11. Termination by HSN

HomeService Nation LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for:

Non-payment or repeated late payments.
Abuse of systems, staff, or violation of terms.
Illegal, misleading, or unethical business practices.

Upon termination, all access to HomeService Nation LLC systems, websites, or automations will be revoked.

12. Liability Limitation

HomeService Nation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, reputation damage, or data loss. Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the preceding 90 days.

13. Modifications to Terms

HomeService Nation LLC may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted at https://www.homeservicenation.com/terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Superior Court of Sacramento County, CA.
